This privacy statement informs the user of the website www.tirolerskilehrerverband.at (hereinafter referred to as "website") about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the Tyrolean Ski Instructors Association (hereinafter referred to as "operator").
Personal data (e.g. name, e-mail address, telephone number) will only be processed and transmitted by the operator in a lawful manner - in particular for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, due to overriding legitimate interests of the operator or based on the consent of the user.

Notwithstanding the information on deletion given below for the individual data processing operations, the data will not be deleted insofar as the personal data to be deleted are used for other lawful processing operations (e.g. self-promotion) in accordance with this data protection declaration.
Use of data according to § 56 a Tyrolean Ski School Act
The operator uses - notwithstanding the deletion information given below - the following data of persons who have passed an examination according to the Tyrolean Ski School Act, transmitted to him by the Province of Tyrol or other third parties (usually ski school directors or other ski school associations):
- Family or last name and first name, date of birth, address data, accessibility data, nationality,
- training and examination-related data and data relating to the performance of a professional activity in relation to the assessment of professional competence.
The data obtained in this way will only be used by the operator to the extent necessary for the purpose of the
- Assist exam committees in organizing and conducting exams,
- Organization of training courses and
- Maintenance of membership records is required.
The operator deletes the data transmitted to him by the province of Tyrol as soon as their storage is no longer necessary for the purposes just mentioned.
In the course of data processing, the operator forwards the data to the examination boards according to the Tyrolean Ski School Act.
Website appearance
The operator stores the following data each time this website is accessed: Name of the website accessed, file requested, date/time, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type/version, operating system, previously visited page and IP address.
By visiting this website, the user gives his conclusive consent to the short-term storage of the IP address of the terminal device in accordance with Art 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO. This is necessary for the provision of the website content. The user's IP address is deleted after the use of the website has ended.
The operator uses the aforementioned data only for statistical purposes in connection with its offer.
Registration for courses
When booking a course offered by the operator, the following information of the user is stored for the purpose of processing the booking and subsequently providing the booked service: Salutation, academic degree, first and last name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number and the IP address.
The personal data collected in this way will be deleted by the operator within 10 years after the complete provision of the booked service, unless they are processed for other purposes for a longer period of time.
The personal data provided by the User will be processed and used by the Operator only to the extent necessary for the provision of the service.
In the course of this data processing, the operator forwards the collected personal data to the following third parties:
- if necessary, the hotel where the course participants will be accommodated,
- Ski lift companies and the state of Tyrol.
Magazine
The operator sends out a magazine at least twice a year with content that is primarily related to ski instructing. The dispatch takes place to all members of the Tyrolean Ski Instructors Association on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (membership rights) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e DSGVO (§ 42 para. 2 Tyrolean Ski School Act). To other persons, the mailing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e and f DSGVO. Other persons have the right to object to the processing of their data for this purpose in accordance with Art 21 DSGVO (email to datenschutz@tiroler-skischule.at).
For the purpose of sending the magazine, personal data of the user, namely title, first and last name as well as address and email address are collected and processed.
Furthermore, each user can unsubscribe from the magazine at any time by sending an email to datenschutz@tiroler-skischule.at. After unsubscribing from the magazine, the user's personal data will be deleted from the newsletter distribution list within four months, unless they are also processed for other purposes.
Job platform
If a user registers on the operator's job platform, personal data of the user, namely first name, last name and e-mail address, will be collected and processed. The data is only published on the platform, but not forwarded to third parties or used in any other way.
By registering, the user gives his conclusive consent pursuant to Art 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO that his data may be used and published on the platform for the purpose of operating the job platform.
Once a year, usually at the end of a winter season, the registration data on the Job Platform will be deleted, provided that no application or change of data takes place. The applicant has the option to extend the retention period.
In the course of this data processing, the operator does not forward the collected personal data to any third parties.
Contact form
When contacting the operator via the contact form, the following information of the user is stored for the purpose of processing the message and in case further messages follow: first and last name, e-mail address and IP address.
The personal data collected in this way will be deleted by the operator within 40 months after completion of the processing of the message, unless they are processed for other purposes for a longer period of time.
The personal data provided by the User will be processed and used by the Operator only to the extent necessary for processing the message.
In the course of this data processing, the operator does not forward the collected personal data to any third parties.
Quality Award
If a user registers on www.tiroler-skischule.at in order to subsequently apply for the Quality Award, personal data of the user, namely company, first and last name, e-mail address, website, telephone number and address are collected and processed. These data are forwarded to the respective Quality Award examiners, who are appointed by the regional committee of the Tyrolean Ski Instructors Association.
The personal data collected in this way will be deleted by the operator 6 (six) months after the expiry of the validity of the Quality Award. If the Quality Award is not awarded, the data will be deleted within 40 months after registration.
The personal data provided by the user will be processed and used by the operator only to the extent necessary for processing the registration/application.
Social Media Plug-Ins
The operator does not use so-called "social media plug-ins" (interfaces to social networks) on the website. There is only a link to the Facebook page of the Tyrolean Ski Instructors Association. When visiting this Facebook page, Facebook collects data (IP address, website visit, etc.).
In this case, the data collection and processing occurs without the intervention and outside the responsibility of the operator.
